Happiness

A friend of mine had a "god wants you to know" post on her facebook. and it completely made absolute sense to me. here it is:

"God wants you to know...... that happiness has nothing to do with pleasure.

You feel pleasure when you want something and you get it. Or when you don't want something and you remove it. Pleasure is always relative. Happiness is absolute. Happiness is the understanding and acceptance of life as it is in this very moment as completely perfect, because every creation of God is perfect. The degree to which you do not accept life in all of the Divine forms is the degree to which you suffer."

I don't have any other words, other than to remember that even though my days are hard and not of the norm, but despite all the imperfections in my life or in this day, I just need to stop and think, push all the bad back and think about what is absolutely perfect through the sticky Mess. I have a nice warm home to live in (even if I am afraid of a plane crashing into it ), Happy, Healthy Children, a Husband who loves me, A strong Marriage and an overall GREAT Life.
