Happy Halloween From The Lamphere's

So Today, while I was watching our friends son, I decided to carve pumpkins. leave it to me to be the stubborn one who tries to do the HARDEST ones in the little booklet. it took me OVER 3 hours to do both of them. And I plan on roasting some Pumpkin seeds here, soon.

As a kid, My Favorite Halloween Show to watch around Halloween was Disney's 1958 the Legend of Sleep Hollow and I always loved the Headless Horseman. I think I am demented because I was watching it like 20 minutes ago and he is kind of creepy and cole even said "Mom, Scary!". I heard it was banned, but I 'm not sure what for.

So, Here is my Headless Horseman. :)


And Another one I did. it looked the coolest on paper. but it was super hard to do. I needed a flatter pumpkin to do this one and unfortunately mine was REALLY round this year. I did this one for the kids. they did help somewhat. like hiding my carving tools on me and trying to eat the pumpkin guts....


But they both turned out well. which I'm glad for. they are WAY better than last years Even!
