Bathroom "makeover"

So On an impulse yesterday, I tore down all the yuck.....



and here it is halfway through...





ready to be painted....

There are a few other things we're going to do like.... Change out the light fixtures and the towel holders and door knobs to the cabinet doors are going to match the bath fixtures. and I'm painting the Closet door the same color as the accent wall and we're also painting the medicine cabinet white.

so that was my project. I'm proud of it. that ugly CRAP is gone!

Dining Room/ Living Room

I took a picture of my sick bebe tonight. I love the stripes on him. brown is a good color for him.

So basically. Our Dining Room consisted of a place for us to put junk we didn't need to toys or whatever. I am embarrassed to show this honestly. but it also makes me feel EXTREMELY Accomplished to look at this and know that I did it. ON MY OWN!

I noticed that the carpet is off when lined up with the curtains. I fixed it now.

I feel incredibly accomplished...and incredibly tired LOL :D

Cole's Room

As You Can See I finished Organizing Cole's Room tonight. It Is a HUGE improvement from what it did look like.......

Anways. I am tired. it's 3 am and I am going to SLEEP!

My Short List.

I am SLACKING. MAJORLY. this is not a joke. I am driving myself insane. I want to clean my house so bad. yet, I am SO exhausted. both my children are sick little things and I am catering to their every need, which requires me to plan out Nebulizer Treatments every four hours. and the child who receives those. Doesn't like them.... -eyeroll- I guess I can't complain since he lets me at least blow the mist in his face now.

here is my short list:

- Vacuum My Bed Room
- Load the Dishwasher
- Clean the Stove Top/Microwave
- Clean the Master and Guest Bath
- Clean Off Counter Tops
- Sweep/ Mop Kitchen
- Clean Entryway and Mop
- Fold and Put Away Clothes

we'll see..... I have to go do a nebulizer treatment and then I am taking The Almighty Advice of my Friend, Amanda. Which consists of setting a 15 minute timer and doing work for 15 minutes at a time. I've done it in the past and it works. so that is my goal for tonight. WOO!

*update* I am on a cleaning binge since I am incredibly Angry right now. The husband has pushed 1 too many buttons tonight! I'm off here to go finish my list. maybe I'll feel better after...and after I kick him in the head!

Operation Organization...

Now that it's after Christmas. My husband and I are on Operation Organization. I'm tired of the clutter and the junk everywhere. we are majorly downsizing and we now realized we can store some stuff in our Crawl Space. thankfully we switched over to Plastic totes years ago. In case anything serious happens where we have a flood or water leak (thanks for the tip, Mom!). this is good to do every year since I think a household can accumulate over 10,000 lbs worth of junk, if I remember right. also, in case for some reason my husband gets into the Army to be a Warrant Officer, and has to go to School for 8 months, we want things to be a little organized and we are also getting a Kitchen Table Thanks to Monica, when they buy their own set, they are giving us theirs. We are thankful to them for all of their help with everything.

So I will post before and After pictures When we get each room finished and organized and clean. I just can't handle the clutter anymore.
